In keeping with the target of fostering the capital market, the Association acquired equity stakes in incorporated capital market institutions and participated in their management, and thus contributed to improving our sector. Borsa İstanbul Inc. The Association holds 1.30% equity stake in Borsa İstanbul Inc. The Association has an interest of TL 5,502,042 in the company’s capital of TL 423,234,000. The Association was represented with one member on the Board of Directors of Borsa İstanbul Inc. in 2017. Central Registry Agency Inc. TCMA has a 5% share in the Central Registry Agency Inc. (CRA). Our Association holds TL 1,800,000 of the company’s total capital of TL 36,000,000. The Association continued to be represented by one member on the CRA Board of Directors in 2017. Capital Markets Licensing Registration and Training Agency TCMA holds 49% share in the Capital Markets Licensing Registration and Training Agency Inc. (CMLTA).
